By downloading, installing, or using SkinMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SkinMatch is a skincare companion app that helps you analyze skincare ingredients, track routines, and get AI-powered compatibility scores. The app provides educational information and personalized suggestions based on your skin profile.

3. Not Medical Advice

SkinMatch does not provide medical advice. All ingredient analyses, compatibility scores, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist before making changes to your skincare routine, especially if you have existing skin conditions, allergies, or are pregnant.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile > My Account > Delete Account), which permanently removes all your data.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

SkinMatch offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription (SkinMatch Plus) with full access.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID.

6. AI-Generated Content

SkinMatch uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze skincare content and provide recommendations. AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI analyses. Ingredient databases and AI models are continuously updated, and results may change over time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the app
• Resell or redistribute the app or its content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and features of SkinMatch are owned by Bluvera and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkinMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to skin reactions, allergic responses, or product purchases made based on app recommendations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
