How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > SkinMatch > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open SkinMatch > Profile tab > My Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Is my skin data shared with anyone?

Your skin profile data is used to personalize your experience. When you use AI features, data is processed by Google Gemini for analysis. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How accurate are the ingredient scores?

Scores are based on published research and AI analysis. They're educational guidance, not medical advice. Always consult a dermatologist for skin conditions.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes! Go to the paywall screen and tap 'Restore' to recover your subscription on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

Why can't SkinMatch analyze my Instagram post?

Instagram restricts third-party access to content. For Instagram posts, use the Share Extension to share a screenshot, or take a screenshot and use the Camera/Screenshot option in Discover.
